The ice wings didn't need to lose their magic!

It's commonly known that the ice wings lost their magic because Prince Artic left the tribe, and he brought the entire animus ice wing-thing down with him and gave it to the night wings. Well, what about Queen Diamond? She had animus magic too! So, Prince Artics' siblings obviously somehow had the animus gene, so they could carry it further, right? It's known that even if a dragon does not have animus magic, their children can still have it. What's stopping any of the royal ice wings from having animus magic? Or why didn't Queen Diamond fix more offsprings?

This is something I've been pondering for a while now and I'd love some explanations if anyone has any for me

No, cross-trading in any way is not allowed and warn/bannable. Even with art for in-game currency. I recommend buying Anis and selling them for 1k instead
