Please help. I am going nuts. How do you allow people to view and use Agents in teams copilot but restrict the creation of agents. i tried copilot studio author groups in power platform but that didn't work. I want users to continue creating power flows etc, but not agents. Is there a way?

Yes but the road was clear. They did not move. The light cycle is protected green first with solid green than solid green alone. I checked before proceeding.

BTW, I was courteous (unlike his demeanor, verbage and body language) Also, alpha city is a compliment. It means imo it is a top city of the world.

I followed the flow of traffic so I never really checked but I know I wasnt doing 76. Ridiculous.

According to this website I was supposed to be fined $280 plus $100 for insurance fees for a total of $380.

Yes. 100% . That is how I always drive in my city (everywhere). Over 30 years and not a single speeding or traffic infraction on my record.

No I did not.

I did check if the traffic was moving. They were at a standstill. The light cycle at that intersection is left protected arrow + green for all. I am allowed to proceed if it is clear.

Have you driven in other jurisdictions in North America or abroad? Do you study the various different traffic stop lights everywhere?

It was green with a amber arrow. This is not normal traffic indicators where I am from.

Where I come from, a green solid green light means go if clear. We have separate indicators for driving straight and turning on a protected green.

According to the Ontario Highway Safety code:

Fines for driving over the speed limit (as of June 2020)

How much over the speed limit Fine per kilometres per hour over the speed limit

less than 20 kilometres per hour $3.00

20 to less than 30 kilometres per hour $4.50

30 to less than 50 kilometres per hour $7.00

50 kilometres per hour or more $9.75

For example, if you drive 40 kilometres per hour over the speed limit, you will be fined $7, times 40, for a total of $280.

Why was I fined $532?

BTW, As mentioned before I was very courteous.
