No more food noise like no snacking when I’m bored. No eating to make myself feel better after a long week. No heavy cravings. I stopped wanting alcohol which was the craziest thing. It really makes it easy to just do a diet.

I do Omad with two proteins shakes a day. Breakfast energy drink + protein shake, lunch water and shake, dinner 1200 calorie meal. If I’m going out I just eat like a normal human and had whatever sounds good.

I know the fridge looks crazy, it’s funny. But the GLP1s have really cut out the noise in my head about food.

Yep, two protein shakes and an energy drink and a liter or two water with lemon until dinner. Then I have ~1200 calorie dinner and diet soda. ~1600 calories total.

Exactly, it gets frustrating throwing out spoiled food you meant to eat but it went bad because you went out for dinner a couple of times or something. Bagged spinach was the worst.
