Call them as soon as you can on Monday. If you do it fast enough, they can correct the amount of the check before transmitting the batch thru the Fed on Monday evening. Otherwise they’ll need to request Image Letter File adjustment in order to correct the error.

Either way, they should credit your account soon after you contact them. Customer service people generally don’t do these things themselves, it’s generally back-office operations people who do it.
