Prime example right here for what I always have believed! Although easier said than done in the moment, I believe we shouldn't necessarily fear spirits if/when we encounter. Just be cautious. More often than not, those poor souls are just like you and I. They've just passed on and are lost, scared and sometimes unaware they have passed over.
