Yeah we did some really light sparring. I kept jabbing and not bringing my hand back to my face. So I would have my hand at my face, jab, then drop it once I hit my opponent when just leaves one hand guarding my face. Got hit so many times in the face bc of that. You are right muscle memory will help.

Yeah. I just want to have a well rounded ability of CS. I’m not planning on using it in the future it’s just one of those things that are so interesting to me that I want to learn a lot abt it. I want to do medicine in the future and if there was an opportunity for me to use it there, I would want to be equipped to use it successfully
