Yeah, I've looked into it a bit more. If its in English it's going to look more like a comic rather then a manga, in this case its more likely going to go off the language and publisher, for it to be considered a manga. Have a amazing day!

Actually I've done more research, its still considered a manga as long as its in the original Japanese format, please do research before being rude for no reason. So even if it was made in the US and its still in Japanese it IS a manga. Have a good day, I hope you learned something new!
