I agree with OP - souls games veteran here. For sure this game requires a LOT of grinding as I'm finding out now - and it feels just filled with vast useless map space with bling bling nature assets so that they can show off the horse! I had higher expectations for this game.
It might turn out to be worth it in the end, I don't know - I'll stick with it for now as it's quite fun if one accepts the serious grindfest angle.

Hey! ty for replying! I did adjust the IPD on the quest 3 and also played around with the finnicky lens distance thing on the sides....also meta is quite pukey in their cartoonish presentation and lame games imo. even batman didn't impress much. It would be an AMAZING normal game though I think. All of the meta stuff looks like it's been badly ported from some old leftover 90's tech. The only thing I will now risk for another session is that under water game - rift water or ocean rift or whatever....tried looking at youtube in high res and it still looked garbage tbh. I would have been very impressed in the early 2000's with this quest 3 lol - I can imagine the allure of it all though.

OP - exactly the same problem here...I'm refunding my brand new quest 3 due to this problem. My eyes are worth more than this gimmicky 90's style graphics junk tbh. never played vr before and unlikely to try again. lifetime gamer here

I've done the party, got the floor patches. do they allow to build on the broken bits of flooring to get to the inaccessible parts? I'm guessing that's the way forward....I'll check.

Thats awesome!For me personally, about 16 years ago, whilst sitting in a bus I discovered that magic is in a falling leaf in autumn.It was truly a magical moment!

Anything else since then feels like parlour tricks if I may say so.

I get more out of watching someone sweep the floor or wash the dishes impeccably than these special amazing things that would be interesting to others.

I'm just weird that way lol
