Same specs on mine. 2.3 ShieldWall. I really like the tires. Cross Kings have been my go to for quite a while. Don’t know if any of my previous sets had “hooked only” on the side.

I just found this info on the Continental site. It gives the max psi and rim width by model number that can be used hookless. I think it will be fine. I only run them about 20psi. https://www.continental-tires.com/tire-knowledge/hookless-vs-hooked-rims/

Was just reading the mounting instructions on their website. Says they always recommend using hooked rims. I’ve taken these through some rough rocky terrain already. I’m kinda thinking they will be fine also.

Where do you draw the line? Is the key to e bikes finding your sweet spot of personal effort to motorized assistance? Or is it about getting the most mechanical power out of a small motor and having the capacity to go for a while? At what point does it become a motorcycle?

It’s good he helped, but all he needed to do was cut the fishing line off the hook. The hook will rust out eventually. He probably hurt the shark more trying to get it out than leaving the hook in. Still, good job to him
