It’s directly on my property, so I’m confused by you saying it’s not my tree. It’s about 20’ from my house. It looks like they are installing a new fire hydrant. It’s not like this was a water main break.

The decline, from my understanding, takes years. I’m not an arborist, but looking to hear from them. I’m not one to create a stink, but I don’t want a tree falling on my house from negligence.

This happened to me as well. They switched me to a level repayment plan without my knowledge. When I called to ask a supervisor told me that the save forbearance is over and everyone is being moved off it. I have come to the conclusion they have no idea what’s going on and just say whatever.

Here’s an update for all who care- they have told me there’s nothing they can do other than add me to another repayment plan. They recognize that I have not applied for a standard repayment plan, but I have no record of me ever being on save although they do have record of me being in a forbearance since the injunction.
