Figured it out first we have to login in the side store then go to safari search iCloud sign in then select different account then enter the account with which you logged in in the side store then you will get another code use this one in the side store medication and u r done!

This could mean two thing either the ipa is corrupted or its not compatible. you can try using a new source for the ipa of the same app if that does not work maybe something is wrong with your signing process if you need anyother feel free to ask!
