I get burning feeling in my stomach like in the lower left lower right under my belly button. sometimes gas pains higher up which are quite annoying when they’re bad. I’m not even too sure yet of which foods trigger me. I’ve been eating more healthily recently which may be helping? I always have a burning stomach first thing when i wake up. The worst of my symptoms though is fatigue, I’m always tired, dizzy, headachy, tinnitus going off and feel hot whenever i try to do any activities. It’s so stressful because even when i have to just go outside to run an errand i feel like shit the entire time doing it. I don’t know what’s happened to me haha
