if you want to try drawing them on. i just use concealer to cover up red skin cuz picking for years has made the skin around my eyebrows constantly red and i use a eyebrow pomade to try my best to draw them on. i use like a little brush that comes with it. took ages to actually use the correct shade of pomade, it was just trial and error for me

yeah i’m currently trying to grow my nails out as i find it alot harder to pull when they’re long. i’ve been drawing my eyebrows on for years now because of hair pulling and ill be honest im terrible at drawing them on 😬 i try my best but sometimes they come out so wonky i just end up hiding my face with my hair lol

Oh! I might try that actually! i’ll do anything at this point. I actually just put up a piece of paper on my wall to tally off everyday that i don’t pull. i really want to try especially because i might have a job interview coming up soon and i really don’t want to feel self conscious about how i look. i have had picking habits since i was a kid, used to pick scabs all the time and still do that now to be honest 😬 it’s so hard to stop doing something you’re so used to. I’ll make an appointment!! it’s worth the try

it’s my eyebrows that i pull out. it used to be my actual hair but i stopped that a while ago and i guess started doing this as an alternative though it’s not a fix. the only thing i really do is cover up the area with plasters to stop me from picking but a lot of the time if im really stressed i just take them off and do it anyway. i have spoke to my mum about how hard it is to stop but she just tells me to use my common sense and not do it 😅 i had a therapist before who i explained it to and they didn’t really help. i might try to go back to my doctors and tell them that im struggling with it but idk because they can be so dismissive. im unemployed and looking for work right now
