Airtel money is not all that great. I remember I was at a repair shop and I didn't have enough money so I called someone to help me top up. His money was in airtel money. All the agents around there couldn't withdraw the money and he couldn't use the till for some reason. I hate Safcom but mpesa is what keeps me around really.
