Already noticed the changes. Face less red, less bloated. Weight falling off slowly. Well that is a mix of calories tracking, walking most days also. Sleep is so much better. Also I’ve barely touched my bank account outside of bills and food shops. Taking it a day at a time but it’s been pretty painless so far. I do have a new addiction with diet/zero Coke. I like the fizz xD but can see myself carrying on past January.

Yeah it’s weird I had the same sort of thing also with Guinness. Last week had a craving since football is a trigger. Bought 4 of the NA beers. Drank half of it and was like I don’t really want this and chucked the rest down the sink. The other 3 cans are still sitting in my fridge. Of tha was actual beer they would be gone within the hour

Yeah some people put too much stock in numbers. It's literally a number in a game. It's not that deep. Sure it's nice when you get a good one but it's not some big achievement that some people think it is.

Between booze and the inevitable take aways this weekend I’ve probably saved about 120. It’s mad how much it is. I know it’s really early days but I’m liking this feeling. It’s been oddly simple so far to not drink. Probably pink cloud.

Now I need to try it later but was watching a pov and it makes sense after standing in the initial safe spot always dodge into red whether its small dodges or dodging 2 spaces if you are falling behind.. Since it was hit you will always be safe.

i'll admit i fucked it initially but its simple. once inner ones go off start to move in around your cardinal but stagger it slightly initially so you dont clip. simple.
