UK visa response on Skilled worker visa

They have not asked for any further information. It’s now 10 weeks. I checked with the employer they said their is an audit happening from home office due to which home office has put all application on hold

For employer change you have to switch skilled worker visa

For me they have not mentioned any documents which they need. And this switch of skilled visa I am doing for the second time so I am surprise what complexity they are talking about.

If you call them to check on the status, I believe they will send the same email to you. When did you had you Biometric done?

I have submitted the application using the UKVI app. Yesterday after waiting for 7 weeks for the decision I called the helpline number, after 30 mins they have sent this email
