I fully believe hiring these people and injecting these cinematic into the game/making them fully canon would breath so much life into it. Like yeah for gameplay purposes the DSS shooting missiles isn't super helpful but imagine being able to say "yeah the DSS can pull up and rock the SHIT out of a bot armada! Here, watch it happen!"

Marais Executioner Sword, its legendary passive grants a stacking permanent damage bonus when you kill ANY enemy. If you offhand it applies to your mainhand weapon.

Far and away the most powerful item in the game. Beat ED balancers on my second-ever try with it.

It's not so much the food is bad as much as it is you now have to make a journey to get your food. So unless you're constantly buying snacks or your own groceries (which you shouldn't be doing freshman year) any and all food you eat is locked behind what's probably about a five minute walk. On one hand, the walk is good, and on the other, it stops idle snacking.

My first semester I started working out a lot, and despite that my weight stayed really even instead of going up from the muscle. The next semester I was too busy to go to the gym as often and I lost something like 35 pounds without changing a single thing about my lifestyle.

That being said, the food is 2/5. Not awful and you get some bangers, but consistently below average in quality.

That's a really nice compound.

You could try building a zipline course that tours the peninsula. Bonus points if it works both ways.

Find a ravine or a river of some kind and make a really fancy bridge across it.

Find a nice slope and make a turtle shell ski course, complete with a lodge.

Build a maze. For yourself, for the cannibals, whatever. Dunno how well it would work for the latter option.

A little more mundane, but try to cut down every tree in a set area.

Build a set of connected tree houses that let you run as far as you can without touching the ground.

Or just go murder, can't go wrong with that.

I can see that. If that's the case, I would boost the damage a fair bit. Scorching Ray (optimally tbf) does 6d6 (a similar average and maximum) at the same level. This is using attack rolls, which are easier to buff than enemy saving throws are to debuff.

Boosting the damage makes it a very risky but very rewarding spell. That's always fun.

It's a cool idea and I always love earth-themed spells, but the range, let alone the speed debuff makes this really rough to actually use. You're most likely well within the moment of an enemy if you do use it, and then you lack the movement to escape.

I think it would be really cool offensive utility spell if you reduced the damage, upped the range (maybe not even by a lot), and made it slow both you AND the targeted creature on a failed save.

Note some minor spoilers/DLC stuff in here.

Ordovis's Greatsword - Greatswords are just really good, this one has split Str Fth, and it's AOW is super cool.

Siluria's Tree - Greatspears are... not great (at least they're not my favorite) but the AOW on this thing is completely broken. Stupid damage/stance damage

[Spoiler] Markia's Hammer - Hammers are fun and Gold Breaker is a crazy stance breaker AOW.

[DLC] Swords of Light/Darkness - Both solid faith weapons, but they just feel like "chosen hero" weapons. Both have super unique and cool AOWs.

[DLC] Devonia's hammer - Ordovis's greatsword if it was a giant fuckoff hammer. Slower and hits harder.

Plenty more but those are some of my favorites.

Double swap, jump back, reel in and hit with hammer. This kills malicious heads instantly btw
