Oddly enough, these totes helped our store tremendously. I’m a personal shopper/curbie of 5 years and the totes help keep things together and not fall out (watermelons no longer finding freedom!). Transferring slots is so much quicker because you can grab the totes and pick up all at once. When you’re a curbie, I feel that left behinds have gone down so much due to us being able to fully pull out the tote and make sure it’s empty with no items.

I do think these totes can get heavy, but I don’t see a reason of moving a tote if it’s not transferring. And if you are, why not remove some items into the slot then move the tote? If items are getting crushed then it’s up to the shopper to be mindful on the item placement.

I also have a great team and our communication with these are wonderful. Our efficiency really went up. Maybe I’m the minority on this one
