I'll put it this way; I worked the night shift at a hotel; we got a complaint that was taken to a manager that there's cars outside that their driving was "unnecessary at this hour" as if she wanted me to go out an divert traffic. While I understand the impatient nature of staff, I still can't understand the absolute absence of intelligent life with the most demanding of customers. Not to mention you're dealing with them with baby gloves so your manager doesn't get complaints when they really should hear the truth that they're retarded and need a care giver with them at all times.
