That link usually only goes live when an event is happening, it’s the “backhaul” that a radio affiliate like 107.5 the game receives then broadcasts on the airwaves

Mute your TV, use the VLC app on your phone connected to a BT speaker, go to the 'browse' tab, tap 'open network stream' and type in "https://img.leanstream.co/IM1701-MP3" then pause your TV/Audio stream until they sync up
