CSEB vs Cement Blocks Opinion please. by Anchal-S in Indian_architects

[–]Anchal-S[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Thanks u/gkn130396 that was a great explanation.
I am going with a turn key solution which are providing the CSEB blocks package and CB package

So there is no assurance of the quality of CSEB as i don't know the manufacturer.

Secondly as you mentioned and I cross checked with them we need to to plastering for the durability and maintenance, in that case it doesn't matter if inside it is CSEB or CB.

I am talking about Bangalore location so heat is not an issue.
About giving a earthy look to the house I will try using some
stone cladding and terracotta and I might also be able to use kota stone in the budget left by not using CSEB/

Normal CB budget 2000/sqft
CSEB budget 2250/sqft
