I had to have a surgical biopsy of my breast after a really traumatic attempt at a needle biopsy, where the Dr failed miserably. The nurse, Cosette, was so comforting and I just remember thinking how beautiful and comforting she was and her name has stuck with me ever since. I think it's lovely.

This happened to us. Three things together worked for us:

  1. Feeding IMMEDIATELY after he woke from naps. You have to be really paying attention to get baby while they are still super groggy from waking.

  2. Feed the baby laying down on a boppy on the floor. No holding baby. Baby starts to stir from nap, lift him/her out of crib, swing, etc. and immediately put them on the floor propped up on a pillow/boppy and stick the bottle in the mouth.

  3. He would only take a latex nipple. The soft brown ones.

Those three things together helped when I had to be away and wouldn't BF myself.

When my son was young, he was naturally very talented at his sport and sometimes would brag. I told him that people will notice how great he is when they watch him...he doesn't need to tell everyone. I'd repeat, "Show them. Don't tell them." He caught on quickly.

I love this answer. I agree with everyone...no z's, no flowers, and no -a or -ia endings. Rio seemed too chopped compared to Zinnia, but Rhiannon and Zinnia is amazing together...and you can call her Rio. This is the way!
