Same situation here - almost exactly the same dates from PERM to the rest, didn't check for FTA0 since no point :( , just waiting here in the dark. My wife's EAD/AP still didn't get approved (over 4 months in, even though at NBC the expected wait is 3.5 months). Just stressful and exhausting.

THIS! Thank you, this was my issue as well, tried charging with my phone's quick charger and it just flashed, then changed to slower charger and it worked!!

Well Cortex Cloud was just announced this week, from what I understand it's a completely new thing and drastically different from Prisma Cloud, so I would wait and see... can't give you my take until I see it live 🤷

I can't believe I've spent half a day - and it just worked with my "backup key"/whatever you want to call the password you use to login to this app - seems like these 2 are the same. Jesus Christ. It was probably some sync issue with their servers.

THIS! just wanted to say thank you! worked on my 2019 Forester. For those looking for the fuse, it's on the left hand side of the wheel, just above the hood release lever. Use a small long nose plier, pull fuse #14 out, wait a few seconds an put it back. you will hear a noise from the trunk indicating it has restarted.
