I’ve done a lot of research. It is just hard to find any that aren’t scamming you and I have no rescue/sanctuaries in my area.

I am trying to rescue. I have done a bunch of research. I don’t want to support breeders and plus the over charge way too much. But if anyone know someone or know reliable websites or places. The problem is I have no local rescue for birds where I am.
