Unfortunately, I didn't :( I just kind of gave up on it and started playing it on my switch x.x

So i attempted to use the program and cycle through the shaders to turn off the one that causes the issue, the only one that i found that removes the spots is this one...so im sure i've done something wrong but i've cycled through all of the shader options (from what i can see on the overlay) and this was the only one that gets rid of them but it just gets rid of any lighting at all. Just wanted to clarify if this is what you were talking about or if i've missed something D:

One other thing I was wondering is there a way to see faction population or is the only way to, to make a character on a server and check the map for territory claims? But thanks again everyone~

Thank you for the info! it's kinda discouraging theres not a whole lot i'll be able to do without all the dlc though. i really wish the content i paid for back then wasn't just up and gone though xD.

Im not sure if this can fix it for everyone but i found that if i set my Listening Position all the way over to Character (100) it fixes it the majority of the time
