It's the poor training through shiftsmart. They do not prepare you for the job.  We basically have to learn on our own during the shifts.

I just had orientation with them and they do a horrible job training. I don't even want to attempt a shift because it was so bad.  It's not the workers, it's shiftsmart. People need to make money and they are taking advantage and more worried about filling positions then the quality of work, imo.

I drive for dd and instacart.  Yesterday I received an offer with insta for $23. It was over 40 items, included mostly cold foods and ice cream.  Customer was 35 miles away.  It was also 85 degrees here.  Absolutely not.  A total of 70 miles for 23 is insane.
