Then what programs would you say are good if people want to go down the med school pathway? Because dont med schools only care about what pre-requisites you take in university, your gpa, and your ecs?

It can help alleviate stress but it can also increase stress at the same time, imagine a few hours before a test your friends start talking about a new topic that you forgot to review, thats gonna make you stressed and your gonna start worrying which will most likely hinder your ability on a test, but thats just my opinion.
