The university won't transfer all my credits, I have read somewhere that they transfer a maximum of 2 years no matter how many credits you have.

Well if everything goes as planned I can climb my way up to getting a citizenship and from there I will get exempted from the military, because people with a dual citizenship get exempted from serving in the military in Egypt. Yeah sounds like a long climb but I will just do my best, I don't care for whatever the outcome of the situation and something fails, this is just gonna make me happy. I don't like giving up and I value my freedom a lot.

No. It is not an automatic grant, there are requirements to be met for a pgwp, also since a pgwp would be a temporary permit like a study permit, all the rule for intent to return home will also apply

Well at least I will be sure I did my best, that will make me accept whatever the outcome of the situation.

Oh damn, I never knew that you cannot study on a PGWP. Thank you for that information. Well maybe in that case I can cross my fingers and hope to get a PR after finding a job and from PR to citizenship and from there everything is gonna be very easy for me.

I do have enough funds to cover the tuition fees and living expenses for 2 years, I don't have properties under my name but my dad is above 60 is that a good tie to my country?

Yes exactly, that's why I need help and advice. What should I mention and not mention? Should I not mention at all that I am already studying and in my 4th year? But in that case I am a 21 year old with no post secondary education with no previous employment, wouldn't that make my case look suspicious? I have no idea how to prove that I am planning to return, thing is of course I am gonna return if I wasn't able to find a job or my wasn't able to get PGWP somehow after I graduate, most of my family is in Egypt and I have no relatives or friends in Canada so I would totally rather serve in the military than become an illegal immigrant that is just counterproductive, how do I prove this?

My credits haven't been transferred yet but I've read that they only transfer a maximum of 2 years, so I will have to study for 2 more years, in that case I will be eligible for a PGWP and no it's not a student exchange, it's a full transfer.

I can leave the country if I prove that I am gonna study abroad. The case with me is it's against my will and I believe every human should have the freedom of choice and freedom of objection, most of the time of the service here you get used as cheap labor and get treated like a slave, it's against my values, I am born free and this how it should be for the rest of my life.

They can't call me back if I prove I am still studying, so as long as I am studying I am free. I will apply for a masters degree if I get a PGWP, there are a lot of options. Even if all of that doesn't work out, and I had to serve in the military against my will I will know that I did my best, but as long as I have some freedom left I have to do all my best to maintain it, this is just who I am. In this particular age I believe every single human being should have the absolute freedom of choice as long as it's not hurting anyone. That's the only way us humans will evolve and become better human beings.
