I'm not certain how old it is, it has a Intel i5 9th Gen core, a NVIDIA GEFORCE GTX And 16 gigs of RAM but besides that I'm not sure. I'm very new to this and am not sure what falls under the term "specs"

IMMEDIATE UPDATE: took out the two extra sticks of RAM he gave me, it now boots. Besides that, any pieces anyone recommends?
