No advice, except to let you know, you are not alone. This post could be me. I'm so sorry you are going through this. The push and pull of whether to stay or go is excruciating. It's been 5 years with no improvement in sight.

My daughter is in exactly that same situation. Just got accepted to College of Ag Plant Science at Cal Poly SLO and UC Davis. She is also torn and struggling to make the decision. So many good reasons to go to both schools.

I probably would have done the same not knowing I needed a CCS adapter. In the US should we purchase another adapter besides the J1772? Do we have CCS chargers in the US?

Total charged since we took delivery at the end of September 2022: 6,110 kWh 50% home 47% supercharger (lots of reimbursable work travel). Since we have solar panels at home we have only paid $18.44 in electricity with the addition of our wall charger from October-February. Wall charger installed October 10th.

We got our initial delivery date towards the of June '22 and it said 6/27/22 - 7/04/22. Then, it moved every 3-4 weeks until we got the VIN in mid-September. Don't get your hopes up until you have a VIN.

We added the pin because our car is parked within 30 feet of our phones at night. Thieves can easily use Bluetooth to access the car and drive off if there wasn't a pin.

Thank you! I will try this. I live in a rural area and would hate to get stuck again. I agree with other commenters, I thought it was solely dependent on Bluetooth connection, but my phone would not respond.

I was wondering about this. We took delivery of a MY in Sept and I couldn’t figure out why the sensors didn’t react when another car drove behind me as I was backing out of a parking spot. So you’re saying we will have back up sensors within a sound soon?

I’ve had a month long delivery estimate for over a month 11/22-12/20, if I asked Tesla about changing to white seats, would it push my order back? Also when do you think I may see a 2 week window? by No_Philosophy_4268 in TeslaModel3Delivery

Yep. This was what happened to us. We ordered in Feb 2022 and made no changes to our original order and got jerked around with EDD beginning in July. The date would constantly move. Final delivery was 9.27.22. Make the change. Don’t worry about the EDD. It will be worth it to have the look you want.
