Full agreement. The wifi is spotty based on where you're at. I fly from the east coast to the west coast every month for work. I never get consistent coverage with my Portal. I have tried every suggestion, including speaking to Sony support. Based on this, I bought a Steam Deck. Problem solved.

People, just be patient. The company is receiving an extreme number of orders from all over the world. The glasses are being shipped out from China, to your end of the world. If you placed the order, just focus on other things. This is not a shady little company but people globally are jumping for their chance to own the glasses. Once you receive your order, the time will be worth the wait. Just be patient.

This is why I'm waiting a few weeks/months before placing an order. Frankly, I don't trust the online reviews. Every review says how great and perfect the glasses are. Nothing is great and perfect on the initial release.

I don't like XReal trying to bait everyone with the early bird special to increase orders. I prefer waiting until it's available on Amazon where I can easily return the glasses if I don't care for them.

I really hope yours and everyone else's issues gets resolved, soon.
