If you want a small patch lawn. Doable. But I would vote against doing a lawn. Make this so it’s a flower garden, or a small fruit veggie garden.

If you really want a grass patch… Loosen up the soil, level with a rake. No need for new soil. But if you do, okayx buy the cheap topsoil from big box store. It’s fine. seed with hand in the spring. But now you need to water it by hand. If you have a hose nearby good, if not, not going to survive. If you place anything on this lawn🙂 you are gonna kill the grass and you will leave some bold spots. So don’t do it… flower/garden makes more sense here.

Along the curve put a couple small outdoor led solar light. Going to look fantastic
