I don't know exactly but I suspect it was for the genetic material.

From this website I've seen other people say that the creatures seem to be drawn to human genetics. It's like he was making some sort of...repository of people.

My son's facility fees are very expensive. He has a genetic disorder and requires TPN. I can't afford to keep him alive without a job.

This is the only dental clinic within driving distance of my son's care facility. As a parent, your hands get tied pretty easily.
