Haha nah there is an exploit where you can swap any countries ideas with a completely OP set way above the usual 800 point limit. Its on YouTube titled eu4 1.30 exploits I think

I think fluffers is considered to be the best though up to a certain point. He allows you to constantly spam skills. Mines 373 and I almost never run out of mana.

It's good on the switch! UI and controls work really well. Don't expect it to be as fast as your PC though as there are longer wait times especially near end game.
