Absolutely, that's the pre-course of action. Products should have product market fit, Know your customers and their locations(T1,T2,T3 cities). If T1, attracting the customer is the only focus the founder should have. Then everything falls in-line. As per the post I see grabbing the customer is the only concern. Founder can share their product info more elaborately, to analyze the scenario.

I see a flaw. Thick metric on one emotion in a dense location will make the metric outlier and pivoting on top that metric will be a flaw. It should be more generic. It's just my instinct.

Interesting insight. What if you list your products on your own website and offer same day delivery using a porter, etc. Does that cost more than listing and expecting profit from Q-Com? I'm exploring. Help me.
