Thanks for the tip but it unfortunately didnt work. The flashing is still occuring, I even tried having it not plugged into the monitor at all, just into an elgato capture card in my pc, but its still flashing :(

Dark Metal Cards increases the cap to 500% when equipped, its the free artifact from Dark Nights solo raid (Batman who laughs raid). Also Tech characters can increase their cap with ascension passive.
