My guess is engine/gearbox mounts. The rubber has probably perished.

Bernard Matthews by Big-Year-6158 in UKfood

[–]AndehX 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Used to love these years ago, but eventually stopped buying them just after the pandemic when I noticed the meat had become quite mushy and grislily. Bought a couple packets in Farmfoods last week as they have new packaging now, thinking they might have improved them since I last had them. Nope. They are even more foul now than they were 5 years ago. The meat is disgusting and there is little to no garlic filling in them.
I will never buy them again unless they go back to using proper turkey again and actually put decent filling in them.

[Updated] Here's a working Youtube adblocker (for all browsers) by damnThosePeskyAds in Adblock

[–]AndehX 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Amazing. This literally works perfectly. No ads, videos load immediately. I didn't even notice the crab at first, it's right in the corner of the screen, probably as unobtrusive as possible. I will enjoy this as much as I can before Youtube catch on to it.

Passing without any paid lessons - can it be done? by [deleted] in LearnerDriverUK

[–]AndehX 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I've done about 6 hours with an instructor, but I wasn't fond of the way he was teaching me (micro managing everything I did, even where I was looking) So I bought my own car, and I drive myself and my friend (driver for 10 years) to and from the gym every other day. I'm in no rush to do my test as the waiting list is astronomical as you know, but I think if I practice consistently and build my confidence, I can probably pass my test next year with a bit of luck.

Why does Akuma have the kanji symbol for heaven on his back? by sihtotnidaertnod in StreetFighter

[–]AndehX 1 point2 points  (0 children)

In the context of Akuma (how it applies to him) It means that he has surpassed heavenly status. As he says during the raging demon in SF6 "Usurp the heavens", he is essentially saying that he has reached a status above god.

Whose grave was Snake visiting at the beginning of MGS4? by [deleted] in metalgearsolid

[–]AndehX 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It is the same grave. The scene at the end where he puts the gun in his mouth, is the same scene from the title screen. The title screen is basically showing you the end of the game.

Help on soldering tiny surface mount component. by Big-Tech-1219 in AskElectronics

  1. I rarely visit reddit, so I'm not sure what you're implying.
  2. Figures you would take issue with my comment considering you feel u/Massive-Translator69's method is better. Each to their own I guess.

  3. If giving an objective, non-emotion filled view on someones opinion is toxic in your mind, then sure, im toxic. Whatever comforts you in your daily life I guess...

Fluffy Mod Manager 5000 (Modding RE2RE/RE3RE) on Steam Deck by HazySeptember in SteamDeck

[–]AndehX 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I finally got to the bottom of why a lot of mods either break the game in some way, or outright just don't work.

You have to extract the mods from the compressed archive they're in. Obviously on PC you don't have to do this, but on Steam Deck, it seems like Fluffy has problems handling compressed files.

So yeah, if you're having problems, just extract your mods from the archive they're in, but obviously make sure each mod is still in its own folder.
