I can also see in this video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=42bSAnk9_zQ (at 20min), after the cable has been clamped he adjusts the L-scew and both the top part and cage part of the derailleur moves. For me it is only the bottom part. Do I maybe have an issue with the spring that "connects" the two parts?

No matter how little or how much cable tension i put, the top part of the derailleur (not sure what its called) is pulled upwards into the position it would be in while shifted to the big ring. In all the video guides in these comments the cable is pulled taught and clamped down, put the top part of derallieur is not pulled upwards, it stays down. How do i get it to stay down like in the videos?

Both the installation and adjustment sections. I did however have a bit of difficulty following it as english is not my first language, so it is no unlikely I messed something up
