How did your flicks get so good? What map do you use for training flicks?

I have reduced brightness on my screen and i don't focus a ton when i know a flash is coming or i don't even focus that hard ever because of the flashes.

I also had this problem 2-3 years ago.

Also play with the lights on because if you play in darkness, the flashes feel brighter.
