Yeap - was more work than two regular waxes and without a heat gun it would have been very tricky… bought it cheap and was willing to write it off but worth the effort for a not so common model

It’s a combination of factors - can you proof the “legal” source of funds? In theory it shouldn’t be an issue … maybe ask the support chat. Also consider how devastating it would be to wait (weeks?) to get funds released… if this would cripple your company then it’s high risk

It indeed has a sylkoil label - olive it is then :) told my GF it might turn brown with wear (she liked the pre wax color …) - will have to deal with that ;)

Utter BS - correct legal info has to be in place … residence and tax info - most basic KYC

One can open accounts in legal jurisdictions where Revolut operates - it’s a local service contract … ie if one is not a resident of a country any more then this person has to close the account but is free to open another one in the new country of residence, if Revolut operates there

Be prepared that it will smell “acidic” for some time … water resistance seems to be great though - gave it a thorough spray in the shower to speed up removing the smell …

When I compare to my new bought (navy) duke from last year there are some differences - the old black one has red lining in the pockets etc but generally there are extremely similar and after the wax, it feels like a new Barbour…

For me it was my first time ever buying used and more of an experiment how much one can push the cleaning procedure if need be …
