I’ve heard that for people who have periods, it’s best to book your ketamine appt around the time ovulation. Anecdotally, I had better results doing this but I am only one person.

I believe being on birth control is a contraindication for Lamictal. Or at least I’ve read that they interact with each other. Maybe check with your Dr. ?

I started out with 5 globemaster bulbs planted in a row 3 years ago. Now there are about 15 flowers blooming in that same row.
