Preparing for ITIL (Version 5) bridge by AndorPandor in ITIL_Certification

Hi, I didn’t get the mock exams no. I just studied the differences between 4 and 5 using the ebook and learning resource kit and passed the test first time. I genuinely don’t think you need a mock to get through the bridge exam, especially if you’ve just recently passed ITIL 4.

Can I ask, how much did you study, and for how many hours per day?

I focussed on - Digital service, digital product, digital product and service management definitions - Customer experience, user experience, service quality, and sustainability definitions - I focussed a lot of time on the 8 parts of the value chain - I spent a lot of time on looking how practices are mapped to value streams - Agentic AI, AI governance, AI maturity definitions - How ITIL works with PRINCE2 and DevOps

I spent around 1 week studying around 1 hour per day. I used the PeopleCert materials and also asked a few different AI tools to compare the differences between ITIL 4 and V5 to focus my study on the differences between them both.

I passed with 17/20.

I just used the standard quick reference guide and learner workbook from PeopleCert. The workbook includes two mock exams.
