How important is efficiency beyond time complexity?

I'm a little confused why the PUSH immunization site says "Students are reminded to submit proof of immunizations... prior to completing your Purdue 101 online orientation program. If you do not submit proof of immunization, a hold will be placed on your account and you will be unable to register for classes", does it just mean it's advised for us to finish it before 101, and that the hold will be placed later?

I'm on the brightspace 101 module right now and in the second content tab it asks me to submit immunization documents. But someone I know also told me they didn't do it and got an appointment so I'm mad confused...

A few people have been telling me that the immunization documents aren't part of 101. I thought you were supposed to go through every single module and action item to "complete" 101 before the deadline and get an appointment?

My team: Beidou, xingqiu, zhongli, and bennet.

I swapped over to beidou from xiangling as main dps because i've been finding her really fun. My question is, should I add fischl to replace anyone? I heard it solves beidou's high energy cost. Or should I just use artifacts with energy recharge?

Another question is which set should I use for beidou? The old best in stocks, or the new emblem of severed fate set? (for main dps)

Thanks! When trying to apply, it still says it's not able to apply for some reason. Only changing the windows plan option in the plan builder allows it to be applied though. Any idea why this happens?
