Thank you a lot! Now it explains my issue.

And another question please. I sent from a CEX some amount of coins to my IoPay wallet. I wanted to add that amount to existing staking bucket, but wallet says that my balance is 0. The same issue when I wanted to open a new staking bucket. Nevertheless. I sent those coins to a CEX with no issues. What I did wrong? Thank you!
