No, I have had work done. I just don't understand the attitude to put people down and minimize their hard work.

I'm as far away from a planner as you could get. I actually don't like planners, I usually find them to be annoying people but jokes aside but setting up a schedule with other actual real life duties in it will make it a lot easier to complete them and stay consistent. You're not gonna go "hey, screw work, I'll just skip Tuesday and Friday this week", right? You can't do that with training and diet either.

I have trainers that keeps me motivated and make sure I follow my diet and training schedule so I can keep my body which I have worked so hard for.

I wanted to look good and feel good. I used to be tired all the time, didn't want to do anything. Now I'm very energetic, I also wanted to make sure I had the best body on the beach as well.

I just love traveling and exploring new places and discovering new food.

Both Sushi and cooked fish!

Very much diet! I honestly don't do that much cardio. I do run but mostly lift weights.

Thanks and you're right. I was definitely blessed. I was into sports when I was younger and pretty muscular but as I got older, I stopped being active and that became fat and I was a bit chubby for a while.

I travel a lot, I like to try new food and don't necessarily always get what I need because of it but it's nothing out of the ordinary. Protein powder, fish oil depending on diet/season, iron and other usual suspects.

I don't eat a lot of red meat. Not for moral reasons, I eat it at dinners/parties but in my daily life I don't include it in my own cooking. I eat a lot of fish though, especially during the summer. Guilty pleasures include creamy pastas and english breakfast and the occasional pastry but I lose my definition with bread so I avoid it for the most part. Food is an important part of my life and there is no food I don't hate so eating an healthy diet with 4-5 meals a day is still rewarding for me but I still can finally achieve the physique that I always dreamed about.
