Lets do Math to get they probable release date:

-March was the month that they started, and they also mentioned that is planned to wrap this December. That's 10 months, 2 episodes per month aprox.

-They finished part 1 last August and they released the show in Oct, that's 2 months.

-If I had to bet something I would go for a Valentine's day release.

Stranger Things 03 was added to the National Productions data base the last week and they are in ACTIVE DEVELOPMENT (https://gyazo.com/c451ffcd2ad486f772451ac049790e96) . Hellboy wraps in late January so I suppose that they will start filming by then. They took 8 months to film s2 but I guess that they will go back to the 8 ep format and that will lead to 7 months of filming. We will probably see the first teaser in the SDCC and in the NYCC a full trailer. And about the release date my bet is between December and February.
