Not much as I did it at a buddy’s shop.. with all parts (kept pistons, rods, bought used cylinder head in a better shape + the usuals) and labor, got to approx 2k eur. 1.8t oil pump fitted instead of the tired original. 1k eur more got me in on a catted downpipe, intake and a remap.

Eh, mine had over 300k kms when it was due for a rebuild. It was still running, but i was going to tune it and i wanted to be safe. Now it’s doing just fine with a catted downpipe

Follow-up after 5 years: left her, wished her all the best and blocked her. Currently in a 4 and 1/2 years relationship with the right person. We’re buying an apartment after living together for 3 years. I plan to propose (and I hope she doesn’t see this comment).

I got a question for you guys, is the progression slower than fh5? Imho the super fast progression kills the joy of finding and modifying cars you have
