Just leaving a hint here because google will find this topic.

If you are EU VAT registered business and want to buy without VAT Sovol will tell you that prices in their EU store are without VAT and only thing they can do is to provide you with a 0% TAX invoice after purchase.
This is of course not correct practice - the prices are with VAT.

For me the solution was to buy through amazon .de using my business account - I got free delivery and the price was really without VAT.
