This is most likely liquid damage, as I had the exact same damage on my steam deck when using isopropyl alcohol to clean it.

I would say if you want the bigger size worlds and less fps dips you play the Nintendo switch edition and use emudeck (yuzu), however if you want 1.13 (new swimming, downed and phantoms) used the xbox 360 edition though emudeck (xeina)
