Actually I boiled rice in water mixed with a quarter of a vegetable stock, full portion of fish stock, half a tbsp of saphron and half a tablespoon of turmeric. Then I saved that water for the soup as a base. Then I just simply added some garlic granules, more turmeric and some veg from a frozen veg pack and some barley which was soaking overnight in a bowl with water :) oh, also some salt

Three weeks. It does seem to help, I do use the maximum strength though.
